Sticker is a desktop applet that provides instant messaging and virtual presence via the Elvin event router. Unlike most instant messaging systems Sticker uses a scrolling tickertape display for messages, which allows it to remain unobtrusive on the desktop and to be used for person-to-person, person-to-group and broadcast news messages.
